Terms & Conditions

1. A warm welcome
I am so glad you've reached out to Little Nest Support. These terms are here to help our sessions run smoothly so I can focus on giving you and your baby the best possible care. I know that life with a little one is full of surprises, and I will always strive to be as flexible as possible if your needs change.
2. How I support you
My service provides calm, practical, and non-judgmental postnatal assistance. I offer feeding support and a dedicated space for you to talk through your experiences. Please note this is a non-medical role. I do not provide clinical diagnoses or medical treatment. For any health-related concerns regarding yourself or your baby, I advise you to contact your GP, health visitor, or midwife.
3. Booking your sessions & payments
To make sure I can give you my full attention, please book all sessions in advance. We usually work in blocks of at least 2 hours. Your spot is secured as soon as payment is received via bank transfer (I'll send the details when we book). I just ask that payments are completed in full before our session begins.
4. If you need to cancel or change things
I know that plans can change in the blink of an eye with a new baby. If you cancel more than 48 hours ahead, I will happily provide a full refund. For changes made between 24 and 48 hours before we meet, a 50% fee applies. If it's less than 24 hours' notice, I'm afraid I have to charge the full fee. As a small business, this helps me keep the sessions sustainable for everyone.
5. A gentle approach
Whenever life gets in the way, I will do my absolute best to find an alternative time for us to connect. I aim to keep my policies simple and fair, balancing the unpredictability of parenting with the practicalities of running my support service.
6. Useful things to know
I provide in-person support throughout Witney and our local villages. You don't need to have a perfect plan or a tidy house before we meet—just reach out, and we’ll figure out what support feels best for you together. My role is to nurture you, while leaving medical guidance to the clinical professionals.
7. Our shared responsibility
Little Nest Support is here for practical and emotional companionship. Because I don't offer medical advice, I encourage you to always take responsibility for seeking clinical guidance when it comes to the safety and health of your family. This ensures you have the right expertise for any medical needs.
8. Looking after everyone (Safeguarding)
The safety and wellbeing of you and your child are my highest priorities. If I ever have serious concerns, I have a professional responsibility to take appropriate action in line with UK safeguarding guidelines. I always take the utmost care during our time together.
9. Liability & boundaries
Little Nest Support works to provide a compassionate and professional environment. Please note that I cannot be held liable for specific outcomes related to the use of the support or companionship provided. My focus is always on creating a nurturing experience while maintaining clear professional boundaries.
10. Keeping things current
From time to time, I might need to update these terms. You'll always find the most recent version here on the website. By continuing to use my support services, you're letting me know that you're happy with the most up-to-date version shared here.
