Gentle, flexible postnatal support is designed to fit around you, your baby, and your family life. Every family is different, so sessions are flexible and tailored to what you need most on the day.

FEES — LITTLE NEST SUPPORT

Hourly Support

£25 per hour

  • All support is charged at a simple hourly rate.
  • Sessions have a minimum booking of 2 hours to allow enough time for meaningful, unhurried support.
  • Examples of what this might look like:
  • Feeding support and reassurance
  • Emotional support and space to talk
  • Help understanding your baby’s cues
  • Practical support in your home

Support Packages

For families who would like ongoing support, packages offer consistency and slightly better value.

10 Hour Package — £230

A flexible bundle of support hours to use as needed.

20 Hour Package — £450

For families wanting longer-term or more regular support.

Packages can be used flexibly and arranged around your needs.

How sessions work

• Support takes place in your home

• Sessions are booked and paid for in advance

• Minimum session length: 2 hours

• Additional hours can be added if needed on the day (subject to availibility). There’s no obligation to book – sending an enquiry is simply a first step to see what might help.
