Hi, I’m Hollie

I’m the person behind Little Nest Support. I’ve spent the past 15 years supporting families within the NHS, working closely with parents and babies during those early days after birth. It’s a time I’ve always felt deeply drawn to because I’ve seen just how emotional, overwhelming and unpredictable it can be. I’m also a mum of three, so I understand first-hand how intense and all-consuming those early weeks can feel.

Why I created Little Nest Support

Little Nest Support was created from both my professional experience and my own journey into motherhood. I know how much of a difference it makes to have someone calm and supportive by your side, especially if you don’t have family or friends nearby, or if you’re just needing a bit more support than expected. When I had my own babies, I would have really valued that kind of help.
Someone to reassure me, to listen, or simply to be there in those moments that feel a bit overwhelming.

That’s the kind of support I aim to offer now.

My approach

I believe support should feel calm, gentle and reassuring — not clinical or overwhelming. There’s no one “right” way to feed your baby, no perfect routine, and no expectation for you to have everything figured out. My role is to be alongside you. To offer guidance where it’s needed, reassurance when things feel uncertain, and practical support that makes everyday life feel a little easier.

A gentle note

The early days with a baby can bring a mix of emotions — joy, exhaustion, anxiety, and everything in between. Whether you’re feeling confident or completely unsure, supported or a little alone — you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. Little Nest Support is here to offer a calm, supportive presence for you and your baby — whatever your journey looks like.
